Reviews
There you will find a nice room, a varied and creative menu, it has a special menu initiative on some days of the week, it has a fixed menu during the week. Excellent food, I ate really well, good desserts, kind owners. I will come back for sure.
A pleasant discovery, excellent food in this Lombardy trattoria... the best risotto with ossobuco I've ever eaten. Simple environment without frills, attentive service. We will absolutely be back!
Just outside the center of Bareggio, the restaurant is intimate and well-ordered and offers a menu of dishes inspired by Milanese cuisine.
I recommend the fried gnocco with raw ham, crescenza and rocket as an appetizer.
As first courses, a house specialty, I recommend the artisanal ravioli with braised meat, butter and sage, parmesan flakes, cherry tomatoes and asparagus, undoubtedly fresh and well-cooked ingredients.
I personally decided to order the Milanese osso buco risotto and I confirm that I was very satisfied with my choice, since both the meat and the rice were cooked just right.
The staff were attentive and friendly, making dinner very pleasant.
Note of merit, the restaurant has a car park adjacent to the structure which allows you to reach it comfortably and be able to park your car nearby.
Menu of the day 12 euros, really good food, plentiful and very good dishes, super welcoming staff. Truck parking max 10 vehicles if there are no cars. Saturday a la carte menu (unfortunately 🥲🥲).
We ate very well, family environment and very comfortable. The only problem is choosing what to eat because all the dishes are very good! Personally I couldn't resist the classic risotto with osso buco. The wild boar ragout is also excellent. Truly a place to recommend!
There are no words, you eat like a gentleman, with fabulous prices, everything is homemade, a welcoming place, friendly staff and always full.
Only at midday I take up work in the evening, opening at a time on the days indicated.
Try it and then tell me.
Enjoy your meal
In my previous review on Tripadvisor I seem to have been more than polite, also mentioning the fact that there may have been an unexpected problem in the kitchen (it can always happen and it would have been enough to say it because it is impossible that the managers did not notice it what was happening) but given the responses of the managers themselves..... well... maybe they should check what comes out of the kitchen and the times.... and don't be surprised if they then receive negative reviews. The answers given are even more disappointing than the lunch.
Personally, always politely, I told the waiter to inform the kitchen that side dishes are not brought after half an hour after the second course (for children). The equally polite response was that we were right... of course...
Following the managers' answers, what should we have done? For example, make everyone redo the risotto because the mushrooms were non-existent? Have us bring an additional portion of second course because the quantity was really small? It didn't seem like the case to us... perhaps we were wrong to book the fixed menu and to think that it would have been easier given that we were a large group.
We're not there, I had lunch in this restaurant seeing the reviews, the place was cold so much so that there were people wearing hats, the boy is rude and doesn't even say hello, the place is dirty with glasses full of limescale, the meat is tough and the potatoes are probably baked made the day before and reheated. Only the coffee is good.
I won't be coming back again.
